By using thinkndshop.com ("Site"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Returns and Refund Policy of the Site. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using thinkndshop.com.

Welcome to thinkndshop.com, also referred to as "we", "us", or "Thinkndshop". We are an online ecommerce store, and these Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Thinkndshop, including its related sub-domains, sites, mobile app, services, and tools (the "Site").
By using the Site, you accept these Terms and Conditions, including the linked information herein, and represent that you agree to comply with this User Agreement.
This User Agreement is deemed effective upon your use of the Site, which signifies your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement, please do not access, register with, or use this Site.

All users and customers of the Thinkndshop website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Buyers") are required to comply with this Buyer Policy in addition to Thinkndshop Terms of Use, Conditions of Sale, and any other applicable policies.
Thinkndshop is committed to maintaining a secure, fair, and reliable ecommerce environment. This Buyer Policy is intended to ensure that the Thinkndshop platform operates in an orderly manner and provides a safe and pleasant shopping experience for all users.

Buyers must comply with the rules and standards set out in this Buyer Policy. If a Buyer violates this Policy, Thinkndshop reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to take one or more enforcement actions.
Enforcement actions may include suspending, cancelling, blocking, reversing, or refusing any transaction or order.
We may amend, remove, or restrict any content, messages, or features available to the Buyer.
We may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate the Buyer account.
We may deny access to the Thinkndshop platform in whole or in part.
Thinkndshop reserves the right to take additional enforcement actions, including reporting suspected misconduct to relevant regulatory authorities or law-enforcement agencies where appropriate.

Buyers must ensure that all account information provided to Thinkndshop is accurate, complete, and lawful.
Buyers must not register or operate multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions, vouchers, refunds, incentives, or any Thinkndshop program.
Buyers must not create accounts using false, forged, misleading, stolen, or third-party information, including email addresses, phone numbers, or delivery addresses.
Buyers must not tamper with devices, applications, or software to bypass Thinkndshop security features, manipulate transactions, or clone Thinkndshop applications.

All orders, communications, and transactions conducted through Thinkndshop are subject to Thinkndshop official policies and must be honored accordingly.
Buyers must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity, including attempting to defraud Thinkndshop, creating fake orders or transactions, or misusing refund, voucher, or promotional systems.
All transactions must remain within Thinkndshop. Payments must be completed only through Thinkndshop authorized payment methods.
Buyers must not attempt offline payments or transactions outside the Thinkndshop platform, redirect purchases to other platforms or channels, or move order communications away from official channels.
Buyers must provide accurate and complete shipping details and must not deliberately refuse delivery.
If a delivered product appears defective or incorrect, the Buyer must accept delivery and follow Thinkndshop official Returns and Refund Policy instead of rejecting the shipment.

Buyers are encouraged to provide honest, accurate, and fair feedback regarding products and services.
Product reviews are permitted only for registered customer accounts that placed the order through that same account and have received the product with order status delivered.
Guest checkouts or orders placed without a user account are not eligible to submit product reviews.
Each customer account may submit only one review per product. Customers may post follow-up replies on their own review thread.
Thinkndshop administrators may moderate reviews, remove reviews, and post replies publicly or privately. Private admin replies are visible only to Thinkndshop administrators and the customer account owner of that review.
Buyers must not post fake, misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, irrelevant, or inappropriate reviews or content.
Buyers must not initiate payment disputes, chargebacks, or claims if a refund has already been issued by Thinkndshop or the payment service provider in accordance with Thinkndshop policies.

Violation of this Buyer Policy may result in account suspension, permanent bans, order cancellation, loss of promotional benefits, or legal action where applicable.
Thinkndshop reserves the right to amend this Buyer Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
