Return & Refund Policy - Key Points

1. Return Timeframes

  • Damaged, incomplete, or incorrect products: if a product is physically damaged, incomplete, or incorrect at the time of delivery, a return request must be submitted within 3 working days from the delivery date.
  • Defective products or wrong size: if the product is defective or the delivered size is incorrect, the customer must submit a return request within 7 working days from the delivery date.
  • Change of mind: change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for selected products/categories, as determined by thinkndshop.com. Return shipping charges for change-of-mind requests shall be borne by the customer.

2. Electronics & Warranty

  • For electronic appliances and mobile phones, issues arising after usage or after the return period has expired shall be handled under the applicable brand or seller warranty, if available.
  • thinkndshop.com does not accept returns for electronics beyond the stated return window unless the product qualifies under warranty terms.

3. Category-Based Returns

  • For selected categories, thinkndshop.com allows change-of-mind returns.
  • Please contact thinkndshop.com Customer Care on WhatsApp for detailed eligibility and conditions before sending any item back.

4. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items are subject to inspection by the thinkndshop.com Inspection Team.
  • thinkndshop.com reserves the right to accept or reject any return request based on inspection results and compliance with this policy.

Valid Reasons for Return

  • The delivered product is damaged (physically broken or destroyed) or defective (for example, does not power on).
  • The delivered product is incomplete, missing parts, accessories, or components.
  • The delivered product is incorrect, including wrong product, size, color, expired item, or counterfeit item.
  • The delivered product does not match the product description or images displayed on the site.
  • The delivered product does not fit (size issue), subject to category eligibility.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from damage or alteration. For fashion items, trying the product to check fit is allowed and will still be considered unworn.
  • The product must be returned with all original components, including tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, accessories, and the original invoice.
  • The product must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If delivered in thinkndshop.com packaging, the same packaging must be returned. Do not place tape, labels, or stickers directly on the manufacturer box.

Important Notes

  • Please clearly mention the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the return package to avoid delays or rejection.
  • If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, thinkndshop.com reserves the right to reject the return or refund request.
  • If a return request is rejected, the item will be re-delivered to the customer within 4-6 working days.
  • After three (3) failed delivery attempts, the item may be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
